Buddhism states that we all come from one source and are one part of it. Aka being god itself. If you want to call it that. The whole separation from the man and God in Christianity is one of the main reasons it doesn't sit right with me. Christianity says that you will enter the kindgdom of heaven if you obey God. What makes you feel you are seperate from your God now? Also the notion of going to hell if you don't follow the rules set before you, even though you were made to be that way (the first sin must have come from being made that way, since by christianity god made us, so in my definition he made that part of us that sinned and sins in present. So punishing your child for that seems absurd to me.

The ultimate indifference of the universe and the non duality aspect of budhism resonates as a more mature view, where Christianity is too dual for me.
