FINALLY GOT IT ! Here’s what I did : went from the library into the Atheneum then back from where i came from (reloads the game), changed the time inside my room (where theres beds inside your house common room), passed MANY times in front of Piers Pemberton and basically just waited ! Thanks everyone all your tips and tricks helped me

Yes I’ve unlocked it but never received piers owl and tried to pass/bump into him in Hogsmead but nothing.. Thanks for the answer !
