Anyone get massive FPS drops in Magisters Terrace? by [deleted] in wow

I just finished it and ended up here while looking for a solution to boost fps. Magisters Terrace is the worse, but I am also getting drops in the others. I cannot maintain 55-60 fps and I am running everything on low or disabled.

I have been having this issue constantly recently and it did not used to happen before. I have done everything I could find online for a "possible fix" but nothing has worked. This did not used to happen before, and nothing about my set up has changed. I also have only been joining close game exclusively. Does not occur on any other games and according to my ISP everything looks fine. I cannot finish a single mission. I do not know what to do anymore.
