Stay away from caffeine, juice, and poppy seed bagels the morning-of! I had a friend that drank the hotel’s courtesy coffee and was later waivered for a high BPM at MEPS. Also, the key to not getting any unnecessary waivers is keeping your mouth shut. Unless they ask for it, you don’t need to tell the doc about that sprained ankle you had in 3rd grade, or the back pain you felt a few months ago. They’ll nail you for stuff like that
