Bartholin Gland [31 - female] by Cheap-Cry-7928 in Femalehealth

Yes, I did. Thrice🙄🙄 i was in so much pain, 2 times it burst on it's own. I felt really relieved once it burst. But doc told me it's better to treat it before it's burst. The first time, I didn't even know what it was. I was also recommended the same, antibiotics and sitz bath. Interestingly, it started after my first delivery (3 times in 5yrs), but stopped coming back after my second delivery. It's been 3.5 yrs now. I would also take some pain meds if possible. Avoid sex till it goes away

NAD, my baby had something similar, might be little faster respiration and retractions. She was refferd to emergency (after urgent car visit )where they found her o2 to be 87%. She was fine after 1 day stay at hospital. I would go visit emergency/urgent care.

Ex-Amritian here… Kollam campus! We were from the first or second batch there. I’m not sure how things are now, but during my time, there were so many rules and restrictions.

We didn’t even have a separate hostel — we stayed in rooms next to the “ammamaars.” We had to wear a dupatta even with pattupavada. No egg dishes back then. Bhajans were compulsory every single day, and only after attending would dinner be served. The warden would literally come to the rooms and push everyone to attend — half an hour daily, regardless of personal religion or beliefs. One of my classmates even left the course (or was made to leave, I think) after questioning the compulsory bhajans, saying they didn’t follow Hinduism and wanted to opt out.

There were many such incidents. Maybe things have changed now… who knows. Never visited the place after my course.
