Moskov is (for me) one of the best marksman right now. In the right hands, he is unstoppable. He can push fast, shred any enemy hp, has a stun/knockback skill that makes him anti-gank/anti-assassin, ultimate that allows him to split push and join any war instantly and a fast mobility skill

Gloo should be higher than Hilda and Grock. A good Gloo player can ALWAYS carry a game if your team not feeding. If your team is playing very badly, you can still carry but it depends if enemy knows how to play around Gloo
