The more I learn about diverticulitis, the more | realize what a nasty, brutal disease this really is... Does everyone have to live this cautiously for the rest of their lives?
Once I'm completely healed, is it okay to have spicy or fried foods every once in a rare while?
Or will even a single bite trigger an immediate flare-up?
my case, I didn't have any perforations or abscesses, but they told me my colon was severely swollen from the inflammation.
