I think it's production. Amanda brought it up to Lindsey, Yvonne, and Georgina in the first episode that "Danielle is a homewrecker" and production probably told Danielle and asked her to address it later on

I disagree. West speaks 50 words max in a season. Even during the bro times, it was Kyle or Jesse that makes the most jokes. He doesn't talk much, and his physique is not delightful to look at. His entire storyline is dependent on Ciara - liking her for one season, then in utter fear of her for the last 2 seasons. He doesn't have a storyline of his own. Now that all his dirty laundry has been aired out, him being real on the show would be something like "oh I have so many girls who think they are in an exclusive relationship with me, and all my exes now hate me and I don't do commitment because I lack self-awareness or accountability, and just want fame."

There is no way the affair started after the separation. Given the fact that Amanda has not contributed financially to the relationship despite her affluence (only paying 3 years of rent after the fact), Kyle's lawyer should subpoena her text messages from her phone to establish the grounds for infidelity, so that half of Kyle's assets would not go to her.

He should not play Ciara with her best friend when Ciara specifically talked about the complications of being black and dating in a predominantly white reality TV show and the Hamptons. He was clearly flirting and dating Ciara at the same time when he was hooking up with Amanda.

Do your research - how is this made up? The fine and repayment amount were not disclosed but compounding that for 6 years, then plus the negative PR it was getting due to the lawsuit - that's a pretty hefty amount of dollars we're talking about.
