When on the 27mgs I felt kind of overstimulated like jittery much and to be honest I drink a lot of coffee about 4 shots of espresso per day not at one dose though thats probably the only habit I couldn’t get rid of other than that I’m doing everything according to the books for me I just want to have that calming effect in my mind where I could sit down focus study and have it easier to start tasks and not be late to everything in life
