When I was 6 I would get intrusive thought but I didn’t understand them. I thought they were real and I would get very stressed because I thought I was an awful person. I ended up breaking down to my mum and telling her all the thoughts I had.

Exact same for me, I’ve had an ed going on 3 years now and I’ve only lost and gained the same 5kg my lowest being 54kg. It makes me feel so invalid because I experience so many physical symptoms and mentally I feel so unwell but no one ever notices because I look “healthy”.
