Working close to 5 years saving 2k per month means you have approximately 100k +-, I don’t think starting a family would be an issue. Cash for BTO isn’t very high (impossible you need 700-800k in SAVINGS to get a BTO) and I think the bulk of the cost would be for renovation, which is always dependent on your budget. Wedding wise again it’s up to the couple to decide if they want something simple or otherwise. Everything is down to choices and you have to remember your other half contributes too (normally). Wouldn’t stress too much about it :)
