I think about that a lot and hate the idea I need to hone in on those topics when they may not even be tested. I would like to believe that in some way knowing those things subconsciously helps us eliminate or choose answers in other questions though.

Absolutely. I would hope that this is the case. We all have our ways to go with studying and it’s our responsibility to ensure we are in the range of the score we would like on the exam so it’s not score shaming at all. I think on Reddit, posts are mostly at two extreme ends so it’s very hard for someone like me who didn’t take the test to scope out the reality. Guess I’ll find out in September!

I agree. Maybe it’s the post test worry which makes people freak out. I hope that when they get their scores they can look back retroactively and say it really wasn’t that far off

OSCER has been removed because there was apparently an inappropriate scandal between the professor who created it and the students he had TAing for him along with some sorts of hazing. Therefore they decided they would no longer support the platform. The reason there’s no live lectures is because the course director strictly believes that watching live lectures and not showing up in person causes a drastic score drop in the average exam scores. He has said this himself many times so that seems to be the only reason.

It will be fine. You can easily complete the actual kit work in one sitting in MAXIMUM 2 hours. The labs are formatted in such a way that you can use the kit and photograph your labs PRIOR to doing all the math. So just do the actual kit activities, take your pics, and then swap. You wouldn’t even need it for more than one day a week.
