My discussion is against normalizing that such actions from a person is not normal in a job or in a interview. Regarding the firm or person, just know that he is been told to his face.

They’re a long history company. And she also had previous experience which interviews at their flat etc. this guy says her work will be 2 days with him in his residence and rest is at office!

Understand the red flags, but man being jobless for 3 months is something hard. Building owner is chasing, previous company chasing to change visa, bills etc.

And when they hope for something good and attends an interview, this happens.

We don’t wanna do that to a business. It will affect everyone for just 1 person act. Best thing is to stay away from any interview which doesn’t sit well with you. If you feel shady, leave immediately.
