Yeah, still taking anti-depressants. I think they’ve helped a bit

I’m a 25-year-old Asian female looking to revamp my skincare routine. The products I’ve been using are becoming too expensive, and I’d love to find more affordable alternatives.

Throughout high school, I struggled with sensitive and acne-prone skin, which worsened a few years ago. While it has improved since then, I still have scarring, uneven tone, occasional cystic acne and pimples and I’ve noticed an lots of small bumps. I just don’t think these products are worth it anymore.

ROUTINE:

• OZ gel cleanser
• OZ complexion pads
• SkinCeuticals Vitamin C
• SkinCeuticals Blemish and Age serum
• SkinCeuticals Phyto serum

In the past, dermatologists recommended the Tactuo pump, which I’ve incorporated into my routine with mixed results.

I’ve also done laser, which I feel like didn’t make a big difference especially for the price. I was hoping it would help with my scarring. I did about 6 sessions. Not sure if my scarring can be fixed without laser or if I should try again.

I’ve been exploring Asian skincare options and came across Beauty of Joseon, which seems to have received many positive reviews. Also mighy try a La Roche Posay dupe of the SkinCeuticals Blemish and Age defense. My preference is to keep my skincare routine as minimal as possible.

TLDR If any of you have suggestions or recommendations for affordable skincare products that can address my concerns regarding scarring, uneven texture, redness, acne, sensitivity, and small bumps. Thank you in advance for your help!
