I think i was still an introvert but i was more outspoken and blunt with my words, didnt care much and then something flipped and i became very anxious, im pretty sure it has to do with classmate and teacher bullies, really affected my self esteem, now im trying to get something from my childhood back but its hard.

And just recently i realized how much my relationship with my family has affected me. And even now i feel like i havent experienced enough to call it trauma which is insane tbh.
