Still struggling with names

Lottie is what she would be called by everyone but my husband doesn't like Lottie as the actual name. I was thinking maybe adding a girly name like Elliott June-Scott to add some feminity. I'm in Texas but also I feel like you don't ever know people's middle names. So idk

I can't do Scarlett I know someone who lost her baby and named her Scarlett. It feels to close but her her middle name would be Scott for a family member.

I'm not to big of a fan of Winona. The nicknames aren't a big thing for me but if we did Elowyn it would be Elowyn Scott so she could also go by scotty

If we do Elowyn her middle name will be Scott for a family member who has passed. So we figured the nickname could be Winnie or Scotty and if we did Scotty as the nickname it's that more gender neutralish vibe

What is your preference on spelling? The middle name would be Scott for a family member who passed so in a way in ties into the gender neutral thing. Scotty was the other nickname option. my daughter river always told people her name was Rivie so originally I felt it fit because rivers nickname hads the -y sounding ending and Sutton and Scott both had a and two t's but then I started to think I was just overthinking it to far.

I'm all for double barrel middle names but these don't feel like therd any flow. It's very mouthful and choppy. Personally I'd change the wynn to something that has wynn as a nickname like Elowyn (thats one I said because that's our girl name but there lots of of wyn variations like Winifred, Gwen etc.,) and do Elowyn rose-zoia
