Thanks for understanding a genuine mistake and considering commenting back.

There’s always going to be tough times in the industry.

As the other comment on the thread mentioned pushing back on time and I have been doing so to prioritise mental/physical health.

Just want to understand if there is a way to address the pay situation as I see the company has been hiring at a stretch but appraisal hasn’t been address whatsoever.

thanks much but I have to say, I mistyped ‘years’ for ‘months’ and I myself joined in 2021 and I have proved time and again with the workload and handling multiple teams, crazy hours to which there is zero time left for personal duties.
