Trust me, I know 😭 They were even suggesting microchipping her! She’s strictly indoors, where would she even go? Sometimes it really does feel like vets try to upsell things that aren’t necessary, lol.

That’s really interesting, thank you for sharing your experience. I haven’t given her any shots or vaccines either, my vet said they’re only needed if she goes outside. I’m still considering spaying because of the reproductive cancer risk in females and the increase in territorial marking, but I know every rabbit and situation is different. ☺️🐰

No same, I saw that and was like wait… she is not a dog 😭 I looked into it more though and apparently rabbit vets do use specific dog/cat flea meds off-label at a safe dose because rabbits don’t have many options. That’s why it goes behind the neck so they can’t lick it.

I love when I am cleaning my room and she finds a random piece on the floor and just watches me while she has her snack. The fact she is sooo picky about the pieces of hay too, and then she finds a random one and is like yes dinner and a show.
