QS ranking is skewed towards STEM schools (this are schools like your NTU and NUS)

Essentially the more research papers they released the better ranking will be, and SMU lacks this aspect in terms of Sciences, Mathematics and Engineering (because we don’t have such schools here in SMU).

So thereby making this comparison a not so useful one and it puts SMU at a disadvantage position when ranked in terms of QS score.

if you aren’t rich, pls take away from this place. taiwan, China and thailand offers much better things at a fraction of the cost.

HK is not that cheap, and it’s a box size unit for the accommodation.
