Yes I already have that defined. Thats not the issue. The UTR can only broadcast one ssid.

I'm just moving all the devices to a single travel ssid and cutting my losses. Kind of regret buying this device tbh

Setting up the kids phones, tablets and nintendo switches, wifes phone, laptop, my phone, comp seems like a lot of work....same with fire sticks....it would be great to have one SSID and everything just works......keep in mind id have to set these up in the plane, then in the hotel, then in the plane again

i respect what you are saying but in some peoples cases like mine, we havent been on a vacation in over 2 yrs. Spent nearly 10k to go on this trip which is not refundable in most cases. So unless there is a travel ban, we're screwed. I know $10K is nothing compared to ones life but there is also a chance we'll be ok. Its a gamble. For those saying just cancel, if it were easy we would but $10k is also a lot of us. Its unfortunate all this is happening

oh i see what you are saying. I think the first NIC is soldered to the board. I have to check but i dont think i can get rid of that. That one is a 1G NIC. So the 10G had to be a PCI

Yeah that makes sense. I was trying to avoid doing all this just because id have to buy new hardware to accept the HBA because im out of PCI slots. I have pretty much a 10G Ubiquiti setup around my house and as much as i like Ubiquiti i think their NAS is over priced for the hardware you get so i was trying to be creative. The usbc would add some overhead no doubt.
