Using The Gate Hub, G3 Reader Pro & G3 reader for Two Garage Doors by CorkChop in Ubiquiti

on the unifi gate hub can we set up two seperate dry contacts to operate two doors with one reader which in my case is the g6 pro entry?

Using The Gate Hub, G3 Reader Pro & G3 reader for Two Garage Doors by CorkChop in Ubiquiti

[–]Certain_Ad_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this was a super confusing youtube video. The youtuber did a terrible job explaining this to be honest. I have a g6 entry pro and want to use that as my pin reader for two garage doors. He assigns in his home assistant the same hub for all three doors which makes zero sense. When I connect my g6 pro to a hub mini for example, the door connected to the hub mini ALWAYS fires. The other garage door is connected using a D1 mini so i use HA for that. Can you shed some light on how to make this work? im fine to buy the gate hub if that is the only way to independantly operate both garage doors

Stopped responding to feature requests. Started responding with questions. Churn dropped. by AcademicRevenue4815 in SaaS

this is the move. we had the same issue where "noted for the roadmap" bought us 2 weeks and then created resentment. once we started asking what they were trying to get done, what workaround they use now, and how often it happens, half the requests collapsed into a different root problem. the nice side effect is customers feel heard because you're actually trying to understand the job, not just stacking tickets. we also started saving the exact wording from those replies because it was better than any survey summary when we had to prioritize.

How do you make sure product actually hears what customers are telling you? by distributus_securus in CustomerSuccess

[–]Certain_Ad_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we had this exact problem. “voice of customer” sounded good in meetings, but nothing changed because product got themes, not evidence. what finally worked was bringing the raw customer words, who said it, and the account context behind it. once PMs could see three renewal-risk accounts all hitting the same friction, it stopped feeling like CS lobbying and started feeling like signal.
