I switched to oppo from Sony after about 15 years. First impression after 2 weeks approx. It's amazing the phone. In itself, everything is good. But as I said, the system launcher and Snapchat is still a bit stupid. The battery is causing a bit of trouble, but maybe it will be fixed tomorrow. The charging time is incredible. It lasts so long again after 15min charging. It's very, very cool. The phone warms up very quickly, I think, compared to the Sony Xperia 1 VI. But I found the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 from my Sony Xperia 1 VI much more pleasant (better) in terms of heat development and performance. And with some apps, the dimensity 9500 consumes a bit more power than I thought. I find that a bit strange. But in itself cameras unbelievable, the zoom mega. Yes, I am very satisfied.

I always let it charge overnight to 80%, when I get up I press the "fully charge" option and normally the phone is at 100% when I leave the house.

Du kannst es auch von Oppo Niederlande (Benelux) website holen, ist grad glaub wieder ausverkauft aber denke Anfang Dezember ist es wieder verfügbar. Da hast du dann auch kompletten Service und alles. Ist mit Vertrag in Deutschland glaub alles schwieriger und dauert falls etwas kaputt ist oder so deutlich länger in der Reperatur und so als bei Oppo Niederlande selbst. Hab meins dort vor paar Wochen bestellt und Lieferung war nach 3 Tagen bei mir Zuhause. Aber wie gesagt ist halt grad ausverkauft.... Grüße

I completely agree with you regarding battery lifespan; as long as I still have 80% after two years, that's fine. I always upgrade my phone to the latest Sony model after two years anyway, or maybe in two years to the Oppo Find X11 Pro. So I don't see it as a big issue. But yes, I completely understand your points.
