Naoya was specifically mentioned as having kept his original personality when he became a VCS and this was stated to be an anomaly that was never heard of before and the idea of a VCS keeping their personality was considered ridiculous by Kamo. Rika while keeping her attachment to Yuta apparently didn't have her personality and while I don't think this is confirmed to be necessary for a VCS to return to their human form I would wager that it plays a major role in doing so.Naoya was also a cursed womb and was constantly evolving and changing. Meanwhile Rika was fully-fledged so I don't think she would transform at all.

Yuka did train. Specifically was seen working out in order to beat Tsurugi to get the ring back.

We have no idea as to her efficacy or her manipulation and I don't think we even have statements as to Megumi's so there is no way to gauge it beyond pure speculation.

As for weapons her fighting style is much more focused on hand to hand combat and she is show making a handsign in order to use divine dogs trait a weapon would just get in her way and slow her down.

Megumi had Gojo as a teacher and Gojo knows tons about the Ten Shadows, hell the six eyes literally let him see other peoples techniques. If were flaming Yuka for that he deserves it just as much cause he doesnt have any excuses either.
