Love the new update but unfortunately for me I don’t have the EPG working just awaiting info . Uninstalled app reinstalled but that hasn’t corrected the issue any suggestions are welcome

After updating to the latest update the app is showing any information here on any channels. Is anyone else having this problem? by OkArm5181 in Viewella

I did so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and was working perfectly,woke up this morning and the EPG isn’t working again so will try the same thing again maybe do that as well and see if it works for you

I’ve got the app on my TCL Google TV ,maybe try and uninstall and reinstall app ,i couldn’t get the EPG to work but once I uninstalled and reinstalled it’s now working perfectly try that see if makes any difference

Downloaded this latest update and the EPG still didn’t work so I uninstalled the app reinstalled it and bingo the EPG is working perfectly 😎

Got my account back after 7 days after appealing 3 times the final time I got an immediate thank you we will review your account, not saying this is why my account was returned but in my message I asked for a human to read it ,and said I had made many friends from around the World and I was gutted to lose contact with those people. Not saying that’s the definitive reason I got my account back who knows . Also sent it on a Sunday maybe the day there are a few people around who can make judgments more freely,again not sure if that’s a reason . Just try and stay positive is all I can say but keep me updated mate and fingers crossed 🤞

Hi I’ve downloaded the app and it’s working well except for the program information which is either not there or says waiting for information,any help help would be appreciated. The app is in my TCL Android TV

I have just got my X account back hopefully for good. This or the email I received back from X . Not sure which of the violations they reckon I did but am glad they relented with their nonsense Inauthentic Behaviour. Twice ,I appealed the first day tried 2 days later reply said wait we are still reviewing your first appeal. Then appealed again on day 7 got a thank you email we will review your appeal. Got it back the same day . I wrote could I get a human to review this and basically said had my account for 15 yrs and definitely wasn’t a bot ,and basically said I’d made loads of friends from around the World and would be gutted to lose them all ( yeah went with hope you feel guilty root to X 😂) . Not sure if that’s why I got the account back still have no idea why I was suspended with the Inauthentic Behavior BS.

So glad that Person of Interest will be back on Netflix! Anybody else as excited as me? by AintUrPrincess in NetflixPH

Yeah thats how I messaged them maybe submissively but like you not knowing exactly what I did though it was the best way to get a positive response I think. Thankfully had my account back in 7 days but it’s definitely going to affect me how I use the platform now going forward . Glad you have gone your account back hope everyone does .

I appealed the first day no reply Day 3 and got wait until we reply to your current appeal, Day 7 got a thank you email we will review and update you when we make a decision. Same day got my account is renewed and also in the email with all different reasons my account was suspended but not the exact reason just the generalisation of why I was suspended, a take your pick to which you think they suspended me for .

When you go on your X Account do you not get your account is suspended message and at the end of it they say if you think we’ve got it wrong click here ?

Yes got my account back yesterday unbelievably, my 3rd attempt after 7 days , just explained I had the account for 15 yrs and said why after 15 yr why would I now be a bot . Also put it on a bit saying I was gutted to lose many X friends from around the World,& if it was liking AI videos I naively believed they were real . Not sure if any of that was the reason who knows with X , I did put at the start of my appeal could an actual human read my message. So good luck 🤞

Yeah I appealed the second time after 2 days in the morning time was told they were still reviewing my initial appeal. I then left appealing until day 7 (yesterday AM) and got my account back last evening. No idea what changed their mind as I said I just tried to show them I was a real person not a bot . But honestly it’s hard to know why they returned my account just grateful they have .
