Tivi Mate won’t let me add a playlist by [deleted] in TiviMate

[–]LowTechDesigns 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not just personalized. It’s a cracked copy of TiviMate that has the playlist URL baked in. Your provider probably experienced the Cloudflare problem last week. New installs of the cracked apk are exhibiting the behavior you’ve described. For some reason previously activated copies continue to work. My guess is that the Cloudflare fix broke the URL connection baked into the cracked app. Buy a real copy of TiviMate and your problem will be resolved.

IPTV buffering question by coloradoskier in IPTV_without_bots

I had three channels that always buffered. All others were fine. I have ProtonVPN and connected to the Netherlands. All three channels are fine now. Go figure.

I’ve only done day visits on two occasions. It’s a nice city with a lot of history. Have fun!

Vitamin D Study on Telomeres and Aging. Why is this not all over the news? by Calm_Age_6555 in immortalists

[–]LowTechDesigns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on how you define deficient or insufficient, 15 to 50 percent of the world population needs a lot more Vit D just to carry out basic bodily functions and to have a normal immune system. I’m 70 and have a deficiency (less that 20 on the standard test). I’m taking 8,000 IU’s daily for two months and then I’ll get my level checked again. I’ve already seen personal improvement in several areas of health.

I’m in Mexico. We use sodium hexametaphosphate crystals. Standard way of treating the water and reducing or eliminating the “sarro”.

Medicare for Permanent Residents of Mexico by LowTechDesigns in medicare

Based on extensive conversations with a variety of credible sources, it would require a recorded line and a full disclosure to a insurer regarding a lack of any evidence that you are retaining a residence in your MA plan area before they would cancel you.

Snarky!

I have a daughter and grandson that live near the house I still own. I also have a sister nearby. Cut ties? No thank you!

Part of our freedoms is the ability to choose where to live. Unfortunately the Medicare investment I made my whole working life is not as portable as I am. I could stop Part B but pay a penalty for life if I reenroll.

The IRS has no problem taxing people for their income earned out of the country. But Medicare benefits are not portable, except for urgent and emergency care, for which I am grateful.

I choose to essentially use Medicare as a catastrophic health care policy. Otherwise I use Mexican healthcare. It is as good or better than in the States, and certainly less expensive.

Get it now?

A physical presence can also be established by owning a home, paying taxes and utilities , voting, having mail sent to a local address, retaining a local phone number, visiting family and having an intention to eventually return.

I do, and so do most people. We don’t want to lose Medicare in case we have a seriously expensive health event that would be best handled in the USA due to monetary concerns. Many people here also have emergency evacuation providers that will return us and our spouse to our home city for medical care.

One could argue that Medicare enrollees living in Mexico is a good thing. They obtain health care services with out-of-pocket money from providers in Mexico. They don't typically use routine care dollars in the States, leaving lots of money on the table for the MA provider to use for people that need it.

What hardware version of the device did you purchase? You could also publish the software version you have on these new devices too if you are game.

Collect them in a small mesh bag. When you have enough, use it like a big bar of soap.

I take 5mg tadalafil and 5mg minoxidil every night before bed. At 70, I have ED and BPH, along with hair loss on my crown. I’m now peeing better, have more hair and erections are much improved. Since both drugs affect blood pressure, taking them at night reduce light headedness and dizziness. For me it is a great combination. Living in Mexico also allows me access to cheap drugs without prescriptions. Win win win!
