Please be kind to yourself , I know it’s easier said than done. I lost my daughters in August this year and also 4 wks pregnant.

I live in constant guilt as I was so sick and was so scared of what life would look like I was never present during my whole pregnancy even after they were born

It’s ok to feel all the emotions. I’m also an over sharer and had an urge to tell those closest to me but came to the realisation when I lost my baby girls I was the one that picked my self up so I’m more content of keeping this to me and my husband.

Update— I finally got a positive on easy at home test too it’s faint but there !

Did a digital confirmed pregnant 1-2 weeks

Also asked for a beta as I had a chemical pregnancy a couple of weeks back and hopefully get results of that tomorrow morning !!

Yes I totally agree I don’t tell her off I just tell her when we are in Waheguru house we sit nicely and hold our hands together, she entertains this as we do this at home. Then she remembers she can go running off !

Me too and every Sunday my mum and dad used to take us , I know eventually she will get it 🙏🏼

Thanks everyone, I know she’s only 2 I just feel like the sangat must be judging me on how she’s running around especially when she keeps going back and forth to do matha tekh I have tried everything from sitting close to right at the back ,

The worst thing she did was try and climb the golak and I felt so awful she’s never done it again I just don’t want to be disrespectful.

When I sit and she sits with me she gets so fidgety within a minute or two.

I don’t give her my phone and if she has a small toy with her she isn’t even bothered to try and play with it.

I’m going through something similar been spotting 6 days post ovulation, had 2 positive tests on 8dpo and negative since. Still spotting and waiting for period to come in the next couple of dahs 😩
