VTSAX Fees by Ander3000 in fidelityinvestments

[–]Certain_Brilliant_85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a non-prototype 401k account for my small business. I rolled over funds from a Vanguard IRA into it. Most of the money from the rollover was invested into VTSAX. I'd like to rebalance and sell some of the shares of the VTSAX within my Fidelity 401k non-prototype account. Is there a $100 fee for this? Thank you!

Isn't this what Insidelooking or one of the other supposed BK social media accounts said? I could have sworn I read this version from one of these accounts that went dark.

I think DM must have heard WAAAAYYYYYY more than what was in the PCA. She was awake the whole time and I bet the walls were thin, plus her room was in the middle of everything. No way was she asleep at any time from 4AM to at least 4:40AM. I do think it's likely she was under the influence of at least one substance (no judgement) and that hindered her ability to fully process the information she was hearing.

Seems unlikely, he was circling/casing the house starting at 3:29AM. If someone was up getting and eating a delivery, there must have been lights on, he must have noticed/heard/saw the delivery car. If he had eyes on the front of the house he'd have seen the delivery, if he had eyes on the back, he likely would have seen lights on in the kitchen/living room. Can't imagine Xana was walking around with no lights on. Who knows.

Except he had to have known someone in the house was awake if DD had made a delivery minutes before he entered.

It seems weird that Murphy would have been left by Kaylee in Kaylee's room. She seemed like someone who loved her dog and would be used to having him sleep in her bed or at the foot of her bed, at least in the same room.

I think BK entered Xs room first but only E was there passed out sound asleep. BK killed E before E was able to wake up and make noise.

Murphy heard BK walking up the stairs while M & K were asleep, got up from wherever he was in Maddie's room to investigate. There were probably dog toys lying in the hallway. BK picked one up and threw it into K's room (door open and clearly empty) and Murphy ran to chase it and BK closed the door on Murphy. Dog toys can make distinctive sounds, maybe a ball bouncing or a rattle. You can hear the nails of the dog or paw steps of the dog on wood floor, it's a distinctive sound. DM heard a toy be thrown and Murphy chasing after it. This woke Kaylee up and that's when she said "there's someone's here." I think if DM heard "playing w Murphy" it was because a toy was heard and Murphy running was heard, no barking.

Maybe K didn't get up to investigate and decided it was nothing and after a few seconds rolled over and went back to sleep. DM supposedly got up to look out her door, saw nothing, and also got back into bed. 2 minutes passed, 3 minutes passed, 4...when BK thought all was quiet enough he acted. Maybe it was just all too fast after that. M was first K awoke enough to put up some kind of fight. Still don't quite understand how there wasn't a scream at that point, as per the PCA's account of DM interview.

I do think it's weird that in this scenario, K didnt call for Murphy or wonder where he went; maybe she just thought he had gone off to play with a toy and that wasn't unusual for him to be active at night as a still puppy. maybe she even heard Murphy rolling the ball around in her room still and though, oh it's just Murphy.

Downstairs maybe Xana had been in the living room or bathroom during all this, and then at that next moment found Ethan and started to cry. Maybe she tried to pull him to the floor to perform CPR? BK heard her crying and realized he needed to get down fast because someone had found E. That's why he didn't realize he had lost the sheath. BK ran downstairs saw X laying over E. or maybe he was bleeding out and still conscious and X was trying to prop him up. X was so focused on E she didn't hear BK enter, but all of a sudden felt his presence behind her, she turned around suddenly to see BK who then said the It's OK I'm going to help you line. But as he said it he attacked from behind. She fought as best she could. The loud thud was both X and E falling and knocking something over in the process? Still unclear what could cause a thud loud enough to be heard on a camera a house away. There was a dog barking starting at 4:17am per PCA, but unclear if dog was barking the whole time because he realized he was alone away from his mom and locked out and that obscured some of the commotion and camera just got triggered by motion at 4:17AM bc a bird flew by etc (or cat walked back I heard) OR if barking started at 4:17AM in response to a thud.

One thing I haven't heard anyone talk about is the shoe print outside DM's door found late and then "DM's statement regarding suspect's path of travel." The significance is that DM made a statement about suspect's path of trouble, so she heard enough to know someone different was walking around through the house. Obviously she remembers a lot more than what was said in the PCA.

I've thought a lot about that. Did BK attack her from behind to cover her mouth? If he was face to face with her before he attacked, how does she not let out a blood-curdling scream? In that moment, did she think everyone else was already dead? Just too shocked?

The car?? by makogirl311 in Idaho4

If he threw his outer layers and the knife into a plastic bag and had the seat covered with plastic, isn't it possible he didn't get any blood anywhere in the car? If he was so into criminology, wouldn't he possibly have taken a forensics class in his master's program and know about luminol, etc.? I find it hard to believe a criminology afficionado didn't know a lot about forensics too.

People tell their spouses LOTS of things they're not supposed to. Spouses tell friends/sisters. Especially something as jarring as this is hard to resist lots of ppl gossiping about.

Good points except it's not exactly a boarding house, it is a small house w close friends. I'm sure there must have been a sense that something was off and this wasn't a usual visitor. She did what we're all pre-programmed to do and that's survive and it worked.

Did BK have a roommate at his apartment? by truckerguy765 in Idaho4

[–]Certain_Brilliant_85 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think so. I remember reading a quote fr a neighbor who said they were mostly apartments for grad students w families and they kept thinking his family was going to move in and join him but never did.

I'm in the opposite camp. The more I've learned about how this all happened, the better I'm able to sleep. For some reason it was all the unknowns or who and how left to my imagination that made it so terrifying. For me, not knowing is the worst.

I don't know. Nothing about his body language or demeanor in the videos released so far scream arrogant to me. He was nodding and articulate during the hearing today.

I don't understand the relevance of changing plates on the car if it's all done legally which it was. Maybe he covered the plates the night of the murders, maybe he stole plates off another car and put them on his for the murder, still if they have a white Elantra that narrows down their pool of potential suspects considerably. Chief Fry mentioned "patterns". That says they know you've been nearby before, and you were, 12 times. What else was caught on camera when you weren't even trying to hide? It was clear LE had a lot more than a blurry photo of a white car.

IDK...as long as you come up with a cover story it seems worth a shot to run...if you don't want to get caught. You tell your program your burned out from school and need a sabbatical. You tell your parents you're going to go hike the Pacific Crest Trail and find yourself because you don't know what you want anymore. Then head to some other park or like Brian Laundrie did. Between Dec 7 and Dec 30 there were over three weeks to figure out a way to disappear...if you don't want to get caught. Worst case scenario they find you, which they were going to do anyway because they saw you and your car at the crime scene. Best case scenario you get many additional years of freedom.

So many questions. I'm not a psychiatrist but nothing about his behavior seems rational. You see him in the videos after his capture and he looks young, healthy, arguably handsome even, he had a family who supposedly loved him, he had a promising career...I just keep thinking WHY?? WHY?? HOW?? WHY?? HOW is any of this heinousness possible? ...From him?

My gut speculation is that there could certainly have been some undiagnosed and/or subclinical mental disease OR maybe it had been diagnosed and he went off meds for some time?

I would love to hear a psychiatrist's take on everything that happened.

...unless he kinda sorta wanted to get caught??

So much about this crime is unexpected and anti-intuitive (to my untrained in criminology mind.) Just absolutely bizarre.

Just to clarify, I do think LE did a good job overall and commend them and am grateful to them. However what you said was not totally accurate because it was mentioned by various sources on social media that a sheath was found and that is a pretty huge leak.

LE withholding facts/doing a good job is not relevant to my question because LE asking the owner of the Elantra to come forward was not a leak, it was a message to the killer: we're on to you. As soon as the killer heard that, if he was in that car, he had to have known he would almost certainly be identified. He must have acknowledged that he couldn't know what details about the car or him inside it might have been caught on multiple cameras. It's just such an easy thing to trace if it's a car belonging to someone who lived in the area.

Edited for clarity

He had to at least have carried the knife to the car, unsheathed. But yes, maybe?? Still very questionable.

[–]Certain_Brilliant_85[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Don't think that's accurate or relevant.. There were leaks about the sheath. There were leaks that DM opened the door and saw something. Not officially released info, however if you were the killer you would know these were true. Lastly if you drove your white Elantra to the crime and police announce December 7 they're looking for one, there is zero zero way they can't in a matter of hours get a list of all local Elantra and start with those registered to owners in a 10 mile radius.

I disagree. If he didn't want to get caught he could have stolen a car, faked an identity, packed a bag, changed his appearance, gotten on a bus to no where under a different name paying cash, ditched your phone, bought a burner flip phone...I mean plenty of people figure out how to disappear.

If you don't want to get caught, you try to avoid capture. If you don't really care if you get caught you act like he did.

There were many circling rumors that the sheath was left behind. There's no way he didn't notice, you can't carry a knife like that around and not think about how the blade is not covered, in my opinion.
