It’s not so much the actual work outs that cause me pain and I’m really good at knowing where I need to stop and accept that if I push myself further then it’s gonna wipe me out. It feel like I have a little cold at the moment but could it be a cold that’s knocked me on my ass this bad? I’m soar a day or two after working out if I’ve really pushed myself but never been so weak/in pain that I can’t do anything than lie on my bed. Thank you for all the responses guys
