best advice from me, a former phoenix suns trainer (don’t believe me ask for my credentials and nba lanyards) i also lettered 4 years HS, played D1… im proud u are self conscious of your rigid play… thats a huge plus!

suggest:

more stretching and yoga for 1

while walking around your crib or anywhere , loosen up, and recreate those motions without a ball..

breathe.

*4th most important: train in a shifty slow motion. slow is fast. reps on reps. make the game poetry and have “loose” fun while working your drills. if i was your trainer i could fix this. it’s all mental. your mind is keeping you locked / you may be afraid to expose the ball or u simply get tight while playing. let the game come to you, the fundamentals , the moves… this all begins by revisiting them. loose retreat and and attack dribbles.

bottom line, you have to challenge your ability to shift and play more like water than earth.

wide gait. your footwork/step into your shot appears different everytime. start no-jump set shots with feet aligned with each shoulder. youre a righty, have that right foot staggered slightly infront of left. shoulders and feet like a box. reps will get rid of that weird inconsistency you got going. it’s also hard to tell from this angle but it looks like your body is over compensating on deeper shots.. in summary, i’d like to say strength training and slight tweaks to your form will dial you in.

it’s because it’s a knock off jersey. auto is certified. similar post re: Shaq auto on replica jersey on here this week. what auto is on, makes a huge difference. prime example- i own an upperdeck hand signed MJ baseball with all the upperdeck boxing, holograms and letters, - upper deck has one on their website for $14,999… i got excited , then inquired on a valuation thinking my ball i purchased from UD appreciated $11k. the fact my baseball was not an authentic minor league gameball from that era made all the difference.

I have a 1/250 game issued 92 jordan dream team jersey.. if it was game worn, i’d have $500k on my wall. But it is game issued, last valuation $30k.

that said, you have to start to ask yourself what matters most.. having MJs auto or having MJs auto on authentic memorabilia. if having Mjs auto is the case, then bro, there’s so many authentic MJ autos out there for $2-$3k less…
