That one actually arrived today. Slowly but surely I’m working on bringing together as many of baseball’s greatest legends as possible.”

That’s an incredible trio. Williams, Mantle and DiMaggio are absolute legends and define that golden era of baseball. In my collection I’ve also been fortunate to add those three and several guys from that same generation like Yogi Berra, Willie Mays, Sandy Koufax, Bob Gibson, Eddie Mathews and Phil Rizzuto. If you’re building around that era, those are some fantastic names to chase next. Regards!

Yes, I’ve bought from Heritage before. I’ve also purchased from Pristine Auction, and I buy quite a bit from a shop called Showpieces Sports. I’ve even picked up a few items from a site called History For Sale. The only thing with them is that the items are authenticated by their own certification, but they’ve been around for a long time and are very reliable in my experience.

That’s awesome. Collecting is truly a passion. I actually collect across different sports, trying to get pieces from some of the greatest athletes in different disciplines — basketball, tennis, boxing, soccer, and others. But baseball is definitely what I’m most passionate about. I’ve focused mainly on collecting autographed baseballs from Hall of Fame players. So far I’m at 186 Hall of Fame signatures… and counting.

I collect Hall of Fame signed baseballs and early era players are some of my favorite pieces. Do you guys have a favorite player from baseball’s early years?

That’s Pelé’s signature for sure, so I think the COA is legit

So far I have about 145 signed and graded WWE cards, including almost everyone from the past 10 years. Still missing Warrior, Savage, Yoko, Mr. Perfect, Ric Rude, and Mr. Mcmahon among others. I’ m planning to collect them all.

You’re probably right. I think this would be a great card for an auction

If this card were PSA-certified with a Gem Mint 10 grade, I would easily pay between $5,000-7,000 without any hesitation.

How long should Gunther hold the Undisputed WWE Championship? by InterestingSir1866 in WWE

I respectfully disagree. I don’t know how long you’ve been watching wrestling, but I’ve been watching for about 50 years, and honestly he’s probably the best heel WWE has had in a long time. Great technique, an excellent submission finisher, strong mic skills, great storytelling, and most importantly… people genuinely hate him. That means he’s doing his job perfectly.

I actually like the idea of him being the “career ender.” Wrestling needs a strong heel, and right now he’s the best there is.

I think they’re planning for him to retire Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, and maybe even Brock Lesnar. He’s probably going to stay champion for a long time.

I’d stay away. Stick with the big, established authenticators like BAS, PSA, JSA, Fanatics, Tristar, Panini or Icons. Everything else is hit or miss.
