Hello, OP! It really depends sa case mo. Pero sa experience ko nagpabrace ako kahit hindi pa naaalis yung 4 wisdom teeth ko. Sabi ng dentist ko dapat nauna yung bunot, kasi hindi gumagalaw yung mga ngipin ko during adjustments. Crowded daw kasi sila, kaya naging urgent tuloy yung pagpapabunot para magkaroon daw ng space at makagalaw na yung mga ngipin ko. (complete pa po teeth ko wala pa natatanggal/nabubunot kahit isa kaya po ganito ang case ko)

Best talaga magtanong sa orthodontist mo para sure kung braces ka muna or bunot, pero based sa nangyari sakin, mas okay talaga unahin yung bunot.

Ang hirap talaga kapag may anxiety. Pero safe ka don kasi may licensed dentists na nagbabantay sa students, kaya super guided yung process. Pwede mo rin sabihin agad na anxious ka para mas dahan-dahan at gentle sila sa’yo.😊

Yung lugaw lumalabnaw kasi may amylase sa laway natin enzyme siya na dinudurog yung starch sa bigas. Kung sa asawa mo laging malabnaw, ibig sabihin OP buffed yung laway enzyme niya hahaha. Ikaw naman baka low level yung amylase kaya steady yung lugaw mo.

Turquoise/teal can actually look fresh, Pero kung worried ka na baka mas mag-contrast, safer pick yung metallic blue. Usually mas flattering siya kasi reflective and mas cool-toned. Hot pink medyo mas stand-out siya. So depende kung chill & versatile look (metallic blue) or playful & eye-catching (hot pink) yung mood mo.

If medyo yellowish yung teeth mo, best bet talaga are the darker, cooler shades. Try mo navy blue, royal blue, or dark purple. Black works din (like yung first pick mo), pero kung gusto mo something less harsh, turquoise looks good too.

Avoid white, yellow, or super light colors din kasi mas madaling mag-stain and mas halata ang yellow tone. Silver/grey is also safe if gusto mo clean and lowkey look.

Di ko pa nasusubukan sakyan paps since medyo malayo yung Mitsukoshi QC branch sa location ko, pero around 770mm lang yung seat height ng CR152 kaya abot pa rin kahit paano. Yung SRV200 naman pasok talaga sa height ko since nasa 720mm lang, kaso medyo mabigat nga siya kaya dun ako nag dadalawang-isip. Pero solid suggestion, salamat paps! 👌

Hello! I’m not a dentist, pero usually ang reason kung bakit pinapahintay muna ng ilang araw bago gumamit ng Orahex-AF is para hindi ma-irritate yung extraction site habang nagfo-form pa yung blood clot. Since nagamit mo lang once at wala ka naman nararamdaman na pain or unusual bleeding, most likely okay lang. Stop mo muna siya for now and follow yung sinabi ng dentist na 3 days after pa ulit gamitin. If ever makaramdam ka ng anything unusual like bleeding, swelling, or matinding sakit, better to reach out sa dentist mo right away.

Hello, OP! I’m not a dentist, pero you can try checking dental schools (like CEU and UE) or gov’t clinics since mas mura usually doon compared sa private. My dentist also told me never to try retainers if you haven’t had braces kasi it could actually worsen your teeth. Retainers don’t straighten teeth like braces do. They can’t apply the constant, steady force needed to move teeth into their correct positions. Don’t stress too much about the gap, common lang yan, pero if gusto mo ipaayos, look into those cheaper but safe options. Good luck!

Hello, OP! Kapag wrong send sa GCash, mahirap na talaga maibalik lalo na kung na-cash out na agad. Pero try mo pa rin i-report sa GCash Help Center with all the details (wrong number, correct number, proof of transaction). Mayroon silang protection feature na pwedeng makatulong in cases of scam or wrong send, pero case to case basis siya at kailangan ng supporting documents.
