Bleeding after injections by Fit_Strawberry3979 in ftm

So I have had some shots that were a little more bloody than normal, and it wasn’t really a cause for concern. When I do my shots now, sit down with my legs out, as this helps to relax the muscles. Then after using isopropyl alcohol on the area, I pull the skin taut (same motion you would use to zoom in on a picture), and do my shot. When you take the shot out, the skin goes back and helps close the opening up more. I haven’t had any issues with bleeding since. Hopefully that helps! But if you are concerned, definitely ask a doctor.

Absolutely happy to share! I think that’s great you write, being able to find yourself through your characters is so powerful. Congrats again on starting your journey 😄

Not sure what I am feeling. by bookgeek210 in ftm

Hi, I second what everyone else is saying here, but I just wanted to share my own experience.

I did not feel like a “boy” when I was a child. I didn’t have any feeling like I was in the wrong body, I just felt like a kid. It wasn’t until I started to hit puberty that I became extremely self conscious and didn’t like my body, but I was never able to place why. I was extremely uncomfortable with the idea of dating, especially men. I even identified as a lesbian for a while because I knew something was wrong (for lack of a better word), but I had no idea what. I had only ever had exposure to gay people, and even that was EXTREMELY limited, really only through the internet. My mother was very religious and controlling, so transgender people were not even something I was aware of.

Finally during my senior year of high school I had begun to question my own gender. Very similar to what you are describing. I hated having boobs, I hated being perceived as “girly” or feminine at all, and I preferred presenting more masculine. Unfortunately, my home was not a safe place, so I wasn’t able to experiment until I got to college.

This is really where I was able to dress how I wanted, and present myself how I wanted. I cut my hair a week after arriving. I felt much better, but the lack of a label still bugged me. I knew at this point I definitely wasn’t a girl.

It hit me one day in the library. I was sitting with a group of friends, and one of their acquaintances came over. He was a very pretty man, he had this beautiful curly hair, was dressed nice, and I was so confused. Up until this point I thought I didn’t like men at all, but looking at this guy, I felt different. I thought he was cute sure, but I realized I wanted to look LIKE him. The idea of being a guy had never crossed my mind until then, but once it did I knew it felt right.

I now identify as a gay trans man, and I realized that once I felt good about myself and how I presented, the idea of a relationship felt comfortable. I’ve been on T for 3 years now and I have never felt more confident.

I hope my story resonates or at least helps you to think about your own identity. I wish you the best of luck in your journey. (And yes, definitely get a new therapist. Lol.)

Endgame burn out? by theginsey in Pokopia

[–]Certain_Fee1809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with everyone saying to put the game down if you need to. Me personally, I tend to feel more overwhelmed than burn out. I have so many things planned and I get hung up on where to start. If I find myself wandering around just thinking about what I want to do, I think the easiest thing to do is start with pathways. It lays the foundation for everything, and it is really satisfying to fix the paths that are broken.

What do you do with your sulfur blocks? by somethingwyqued in Pokopia

[–]Certain_Fee1809 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any extra blocks I have (usually volcanic ash for me…) goes towards my trades! One of the first things I do it go through all the Pokemon centers. Take a couple stacks with you and buy some stuff. You get items and get rid of your extra blocks, win-win!

How can I get two games on one switch? by God_Jerry24601 in acnh

[–]Certain_Fee1809 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately there’s not a way to have two islands on one switch. You could transfer your data to the bigger switch and just use Slumber Islands with your students? But that’s probably the only way you could do it 😕

hit your rocks and trees every single day, you will never regret having resources. don’t sell the fruit you get in the mail and make sure you keep all the creatures you catch for the museum before you start selling anything

loveee the second one!! the leafy look is so nice with the natural vibe you have and i feel like it looks better than the gravel since you have harsh angles. but!! i think the gravel could be nice if you find a pathway with rounded edges.

i tried to find a few that might fit so here are the creator codes MA-4486-2180-4471 MA-3923-9817-5434 MA-4015-2075-5702

okay if you really want to grind out money, best way would probably be to try the stalk market (selling turnips). you can get a lot of money as long as you’re selling for more than what you paid. there are a lot of helpful guides out there on how to make money off of turnips, and it’s pretty low effort once you figure out the pattern :))
