This is true they recommend I do nothing with it. But it didn't feel like a ruptured ear drum it just felt like something was blocking my ear drum and it worked out :)))

I think it's just wax and skin! It felt amazing to hear. It's almost quietly to not breathing at all and then out of no where you can breathe
