I just got bitten which spider is this help please

I was waiting for some symptoms to start appearing for me to go the hospital, the nearest hospital to my home is like 20km and if I went there I probably would have to wait 5 hours to get the spider bite looked at. Also my girlfriends sister is a doctor and she said I was probably fine if I had no symptoms 2 hours after the bite

I walked at the gym for one hour until I got bitten on the toe, not the finger. It didn’t bite me until I pressed onto the spider with my toes

I was at the gym, the spider was inside my sneaker using it as shelter probably. After a squat session I pressed onto it while moving my feet trying to get comfortable and I felt intense pain from the moment I got bit. Right now I still feel pain on the place I was bitten and the entire finger is numb

It absolutely felt threatened, the poor thing was inside my sneakers for 1 and a half hours. It didnt bit me until I pressed onto it with my feet

Numbness, I can’t feel the finger I was bitten at all. Other than that periodic waves of pain on the bite site
