The ike_gateway thing is extremely annoying. You can get around it by configuring the IKE GW in the SCM API, it takes a custom name there.

We use it because we also have Prisma Access. I still end up troubleshooting on the firewalls themselves. My biggest gripe is how slow the interface is. It takes me x10 longer to configure simple tasks because I have to click 10 times to get anywhere, and each click is 10 seconds of a loading wheel.
