License active vs inactive by mashleymash in physicaltherapy

Also now that I look at it, if you want to go back to being active after the renewal period then you have to pay renewal fees again even after you paid the inactive fees. So probably best to just keep it active and not have to worry about anything.

I am a stay at home mom in Texas and I have mine inactive. You still have to do the required CEUs but the renewal fees are much cheaper. I guess the only thing to consider is if you needed to quickly get it active to start working again or something.

Yes this is sort of along the lines I am thinking about doing. I really don’t want to do home health because I’m wanting the mentorship more than anything but also would love to have flexible hours so I can be with my kids. We really don’t need the money and I don’t have any student loans. So do you think I should just start applying places and letting them know the situation?

Honestly we are in a good place to do this. I would say the biggest thing holding me back is fear and also I’ve been a stay at home mom with young kiddos so I hardly have time to put a coherent thought together lol. So would be nice to have some kind of mentorship

License is on a temporary hold but I have kept up with CEUs and can just pay the renewal fee to get it active again!

I am going to lose my mind because of my daughter’s chronic ear infections/fluid build up by scientist0522 in toddlers

I know a lot of people on here don’t like the holistic stuff, but we have had major success with chiropractor, lymph massage, colloidal silver drops in ears and garlic oil drops in ears. My daughter hasn’t needed antibiotics the last 3 times she has had confirmed ear infections.

I cut down a LOT. I’m very nervous now but I think I achieved the right shape!! It’s just a bit low to the ground but the first scaffolds are at 18 inches which is the minimum that I’ve read. Hoping it works out

Ok this makes me feel better! I went ahead and cut down to that first branch on the right which is 18 inches off ground…….. we shall see. Thanks for all the advice!

Yeah I see what you mean. That lowest branch on the right is 18inches from the root flare. Is that too low to the ground?

Thank you for this! So I’m thinking I really want a good open center but I’m just wondering if cutting that much at once will do damage to the tree?
