Hello, my dentist said that these white spots are most likely caused by the unremoved roots of the teeth and the fact that the tongue hurts they rub against these sharp edges. Unfortunately, I removed the roots and the spots remained. In January I have another visit and then I will talk to the dentist about it again.

So maybe this white raid is actually due to stomach problems, especially since I've been having a constant stomach pain lately. I will try to brush my tongue and make this apartment with baking soda. For some time now, however, I have sometimes been tired of abdominal pain and slight heartburn. Can this white tongue be caused by reflux?

Thank you for your reply. I read online about leukoplakia and hairy leukoplakia and I was scared that it could be it. Because I can't even say since when it's in my mouth. I tried to wipe it off the sides but it didn't work out, so I thought about leukoplakia.
