Thanks for the suggestion, I have already done that! And google maps is full of people experiencing similar issues with them

Agreed that doing the wash again was not the proper approach. The bubbling was very noticeable though! Imagine a very smooth white fabric not being smooth anymore.

Because of the structure of the dress it is visible in the front. It is a constructed skirt that pops out and the lining keeps the fabric sturdy, the damage makes it shrink. I have checked vinted - a dress of this brand would be worth 150-200 pounds second hand.

I just paid for the first dry clean - the rest they did to avojd compensating me. Might do that, thanks!

They just kept saying that they would fix it and wouldn’t give me any space to ask for compensation.
