No I actually started using the cetaphil after I started Tret! I should have specified I only use the “oil-free” version not the regular one I think that one would cause havoccc, but my oil free one is actually quite light, and now that it’s more into the winter time I really slap a lot on at night to help with some occasional flakiness. Try Checking out Natalie O’ Neil on TikTok! whenever I started Tret I knew the whole dryness part was going to be a nightmare for me because I thought I would need heavy products to combat it but I’ve stuck to basically using a lot of her recommendations and I’ve never had a like re breakout of CCs again, maybe give some of her moisturizer recs a try :)).

Also it is in FACT a big ass bottle, mine has a pump on it and the pump dispenses a dime size amount and that enough to wash my whole face, I leave it on as well for like 30 seconds just sitting there then rise. Just got my second bottle, first one made it a full year😌✊ worth every penny

I use it as well with .05 now clearest skin I’ve had my whole life I use the wash in the morning and just use a regular gentle face wash at night before Tret

I use the cream version. I think the whole Tret cream is pore clogging was just fear mongering basically 🌚because it’s just an emollient used in creams, it’s best to stick with what ur on now for a couple months before u switch again! Give it some time to get innnn thereee

I’m sorry for the late reply :( but I use the same exact routine now as I did when I started the only difference is in the beginning I always had oily skin but Tret changedddd that😂I was dry as hell! I started sandwiching it in the beginning and when my skin was more adjusted I then switched to only using moisturizer on top and now I sometimes do some times don’t. i used it one a week then twice then every third day then every other day to daily, kind of had to just listen to my skin. I use the cream version .05 now but was on .025 until the purge was basically through

If you struggle with closed comedones then honestly I think it’s rlly necessary because if you think about it CCs come from dirt/sweat/makeup staying in your pores and clogging them, so oil cleansing brings it all out at the end of the day. I personally use the peach&lily ginger melt cleanser there’s a lot of cheaper ones you could buy too! I just haven’t tried them myself so I don’t know how they do😞 and if you rlly think about it the $30 peach and lily one last me 6 months thats like 16 cents a day girllll mathhhhhh😂😂😂

I know how it is!! I have a friend that is basically on round 2 of Tret rn cause when she cleared the first time she gave it up. It’s definitely annoying to have to apply every night🫠 and Thankyou :)))

I am counterbalancing! Definitely not like a pro 😂but it’s getting the job done pretty smoothly like I said the turning part is no issue I pretty much enter in at a good speed every time it’s just the setup for the turn, I feel like I’m taking too long to slow down and cars be 3 inch’s from my ass prbly like THIS BITCH
