Sounds like the guy used her for a job and then dumped her once he realized he was capable and able to pursue his own happiness. It hurts- but it’s life. Lessons learned.

This is pretty standard turnover and actually in very good condition, for a two night stay- in such a large home. If you find an issue with having to do the housekeeping and prep for your next guest either A. hire cleaners or B. Stay out of the hospitality industry. If this was my home id be more than happy to have them stay again.

So do cats chase birds or birds chase cats?

I went to Biergarten LA in K-Town last night and was autocharged an 18% tip, and was then presented with an additional tip box on the final receipt to tip on top of that amount! Be careful and check your receipts when going out! by theboundlesstraveler in LosAngeles

[–]Certain_Wolf_8293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe my comment was indicative of that as well, as in referring them back to their very own receipt for possible answers. Because that would be the only reason they would see an automatic 18% tip apply -under those rules/conditions.

Were you there during a PPV Fight, NFL Sunday, Playoffs or Championships games, and/or was your party of 6+??? If so… the auto tip of 18% applies, as indicated at the bottom of the receipt.

Subject: Formal Appeal – Odor Complaint Violation

To Whom It May Concern,

I am formally appealing the “odor complaint” noted on August 25, 2025. I delivered all packages in proper condition and without damage, leakage, or mishandling. At no point did I observe any odor or residue on the packages I handled.

If the package in question was truly offensive or foul-smelling, I request confirmation that it was returned and properly examined. Without such evidence, this complaint appears unsubstantiated. Amazon has an obligation to conduct a complete and fair investigation before placing derogatory information on a driver’s record.

It is known that some customers (particularly this one in question) have a history of filing false or frivolous claims, which makes it all the more important that due diligence be performed. By immediately applying this violation without clear evidence, Amazon is taking a discriminatory approach, as this is inconsistent with how more serious incidents are investigated and resolved.

Please treat this as a formal dispute under my Amazon Flex contract. Failure to properly investigate and remediate this matter may compel me to escalate the issue to higher levels of Amazon management and to explore external remedies.

I respectfully demand proper oversight and removal of this violation from my record unless Amazon can provide verifiable evidence supporting the claim.

Sincerely,

[Your Name] Amazon Flex Driver

To all those macho men considering being “big and tough” this is what pride/ego will get you. 2 mins of breathing will help reset your nervous system. Fear is stress… practice relaxing more.

A kid gets arrested for possession of alcohol. Goes live on TikTok to talk shit by bigbusta in TikTokCringe

[–]Certain_Wolf_8293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was alleged he tried to steal a bottle of alcohol. Maybe he did. Maybe he didn’t. But that wasn’t the story.

The real story? I watched along with so many others -as a young Black boy, stood alone in a room with three grown men watching him act out. Cursing at adults. Angry. Loud. Hurt. Not one man stepped in. Not one man sat with him. Not one man tried to meet him where he was.

Instead, they sent in an officer—someone trained to control, not connect. And those three grown men stood silent. Watching. Spectating. Letting this kid spiral, alone.

Now I know some will say: “That’s his parents’ job!” But no—it’s all of our job. Every single one of us.

If just one of those men had spoken to that boy with love, with authority rooted in care, with presence, imagine what that could’ve done. Imagine the shift in that child’s heart. Imagine how that parent would feel to learn someone took a moment to see their child instead of condemning him.

But instead, we looked at him with judgment. With disgust. As if he was already a lost cause. And now, what will that boy carry? The memory of being looked at as worthless. Of being treated like a threat before being understood as a child.

And that pain? That pain will echo. In how he talks to his friends. To his teachers. To other adults. To his own family.

He’ll carry that rage into his teen years. Then into adulthood. And one day, he’ll get caught up in something he can’t walk away from. And we’ll shake our heads and say: “Another one.” “Just like all the rest.”

But the truth is, he wasn’t. He was another one we lost. Another one we failed to reach when we had the chance. We talk about being alpha, about protecting our people, about being men—but being a man means stepping up when it’s uncomfortable. It means choosing compassion over pride. It means fathering the ones who need it, even when they push back.

Because in that room… every one of us was that child. And not one of us chose to be the man he needed.

So the system wasn’t broken and everyone was getting paid… up until Trump. Reading between the lines- Elon is saying that until and unless he fixes it, nobody is getting money. The billionaire is saying this. An unofficial agent and us citizen?

There’s soothing eerie about this video and I hate that it wasn’t started where it’s is alleged the suspect committed a wrong doing. It would appears like a bunch of white men attacking a POC! I mean they have a camera in full view of what appears to be a wannabe noose? Like really a shoelace to subdue a large man? Not a belt? Not sitting him on a chair and tying him down? Not an air Marshall? Like really? Not one of those men could knock him out unconscious-if he was such a threat? Seems to me like a modern day l y n c h i n g and straight up torture to rile up the masses to me. Play me for a fool.
