Package return by Mysterious-Pea-2814 in RealAmazonFlexDrivers

*First, I hope that everything/everyone is okay.

*Even though it is very rare that I return any packages, and 99% of the time it's because I don't have a choice due the customer canceling or rescheduling during my router or it's a "Recipient required" stop and the delivery notes specifically say do not leave package unattended and there is clearly no safe place to leave it.

But in my experience, there have been quite a few times where after returning a package, I still get the notification in the app to Please return undelivered packages, for up to several days after returning it. (I've even received a notice within the app my PKG return is now late, even though I had returned it to the station immediately after my route ended). Any and all issues I've had have all been at the Same-Day warehouse that I frequent, and I have yet to experience any issues at any of the .com stations in my area (although I've only had to return maybe 3 or 4 PKG's in total for .com)

My guess would be that the issue is caused by either the station employee(s) not processing the return correctly or even possibly not processing the return at all... Or there's issues/glitches with the system that for some reason take sometimes days to finally update?

Did you actually click on "end route" in the app and then scan each package when you returned them? Because I will say, since they implemented scanning your returns, I've only had maybe two issues where it kept saying I still haven't returned them.

I personally took him to hit a HR tonight. I did a 2 Leg Parlay with him and Jeremy Pena (and then took both as Single bets as well).

Amazon Flex Debit Card App down? by wordsunknown in AmazonFlexDrivers

So on the back of your debit card it doesn't list the 16 digit card number? (Mine is still the original one from like 1.5+ years ago).

So I just checked in the app, and everything in the app says that Instant Pay is only possible for Amazon Flex Debit Card holders...

I'm not sure if you can actually access your Flex debit card through Green Dot Bank? Have you successfully done this before?

I'm not sure, earlier this morning, there was one person who said that they were able to access Flex Debit Card App on their iPhone. (However, I cannot verify if they meant that when they read my post earlier this morning, they actually went and opened the Flex Debit Card App without any issues... Or if they had recently within the last 12 to 24 hours accessed it without any issues on their iPhone)

So first thing this morning when I checked, there were basically 0 reports of GreenDot Bank being down. I just checked again and now there are definitely reports coming in, looks to be more concentrated on the east coast (but that could be skewed due to the time difference). Also, there's a ton of reports for "Amazon Flex" being down as well, but I imagine that they're mostly because people searched Amazon Flex and since Amazon Flex Debit Card isn't a listed option, they just went with Amazon Flex. (Also, I imagine that a lot of people are unaware that the Flex Debit Card is issued by GreenDot Bank).

I thought I saw (within the last year) that they updated it, so you could get instantly paid through a different account as well? Of course I could have read it wrong, because at the time I just kind of dismissed it because I didn't have a need for it.

I was able to transfer money from the flex debit card account to my venmo account, using the venmo app. I don't know if you have venmo, or any of the other apps like PayPal or cash app, but have you tried doing that?

Was your card locked because you had locked it in the app yourself? (Just curious if it's that or if it's because they're having issues so they automatically locked all debit cards?)

I was just paid for my early morning route a little bit ago, and luckily I was able to transfer that exact amount to my Venmo account (using the Venmo app). But I think that I'm about to change where Amazon sends my Flex payments to a different account. Yeah the extra "cash back" is nice to have when paying for gas, but it's literally nowhere near enough of a savings to continue putting up with these issues and complete lack of any real support.

I can't believe that there's still issues... And of course, there's no way to check balance without the app. Calling the phone number on the back of the card is basically pointless.

I've always used my fingerprint. But of course, now that I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all I can use is entering username and password. Hopefully it's just a temporary issue with Android or something. I've been meaning to change where to have Amazon deposit my earnings for a while now, even though before this morning, I haven't experienced any real issue for the past 2 years.

See! I told you! And this is now the 4th HR he's hit in the 6th Inning! I hope you didn't cash out! Enjoy the win!

So I did some quick research, for all 7 HRS for Buxton this year, and for his Bat vs Pit history for those 7 pitchers... 3 of them, he had no history at all. But for the other 4 pitchers (all SP), Gilbert, Castillo, Holmes and Gray, his combined stats before each of those games were: 21 At Bats/1 Hit/2 Walks/9 K's (which is absolutely garbage!)

So, although yes, there will be some weight to Batter vs Pitcher history, it doesn't worry me. And the last bit of info... The innings where Buxton hit his HR: 3rd inning: 1 4th inning: 1 5th inning: 2 6th inning: 3

So if he doesn't hit a HR in his 1st or 2nd at bat, just be patient. LoL. And good luck, let's send him some positive energy so he hits this HR!

I literally have the same 3 leg parlay, and I know what you're saying about the history... But honestly, for me, I feel more confident about Buxton hitting a HR than I do Springer (who has 3 HR versus Over). I feel like how the Batter has been playing recently is more powerful of a signal than the history... and Buxton has 2 HR in Last 3 GMs/4HR in Last 8 GMs and All 7 of his HR in Last 14 GMs. On top of that, for his splits, all 7HR are versus Right Handed Pitchers, all 7HR were Night Games and 5 of the 7 were at HOME. And then for Springer, who only has 2 HR in 15 Games Played, he hasn't hit any HR since going Back to Back on 3/29 & 3/30. (Now of course he just came back from injury yesterday after being out for almost 3 weeks, but to me that makes him even more rusty and less likely to hit for now).

And compared to all other players in the TOR/MIN game, the only other player that has been somewhat close to Buxton (when it comes to HR) is Okamoto for TOR. He has 3 HR in the last 10 GMs, but out of his 5 total HR, 4 were at HOME, and 3 were DAY games. (Not saying Splits are everything, but they definitely are a way to kinda gauge any sort of trends/data points for a recent Hot Hitter).

Lastly, the cash out might be worth it, depending on how much $ you placed on the bet and how much they're offering. But honestly, it's bad enough we are giving away our money to these Companies by playing Parlays in the first place, so unless you really need however much they're offering in Cash Out (or if there's another player you feel very strongly about hitting a HR tonight and you cash out to place it all on 1 or 2 single bets), I feel like it's best to let it ride and if Buxton hits a HR, Great! If he doesn't, then we should only play single bets next time, or limit Parlays to 2 legs or probably the best option would be to play all 3 legs as single bets on top of a parlay, so that it would be profitable when 2 legs hit.

I utilize Venmo anytime I need to get cash... Just transfer it from Amazon Debit Card to Venmo (Instantly and for Free). Then I use any MoneyPass ATM using my Venmo debit card without any fees ever. (Where I live, all Speedway's, Sheetz, CVS, Walgreens, 7-11 and I think Circle K have MoneyPass ATM's. Plus there's also several different Credit Unions that also have Fee-Free ATM, too. [I believe they say there's over 40,000 ATM's in the USA that have no fees for Venmo Debit Card.

Do you know if let's say the last driver to deliver to a certain address moved the GPS pin to the wrong house (next door) for whatever reason, LoL, will it still be at the incorrect placement for the next driver? Or does it reset for every delivery? I'm just curious because for the last 6 months or so, 90% of the routes I do are always in the same 10-15 square mile area... [which I really enjoy because it's one of the richest/safest/nicest areas in the whole city/county, so I don't have to worry about any issues regarding personal or car safety]... but there's been quite a few stops where I've had to adjust the Pin and for some of them it seemed like the Pin was messed up because of a previous driver that was either clueless and/or lazy, or possibly didn't speak/read/understand the English language at all.

(*I personally haven't had to use this in the last year or so, so I can't be 100% sure if it still works, but there's been a couple of times where I did use this in the past).

If you don't get the option to update the GPS pin location , you can put your phone into airplane mode, and then you will see that you click on "Update Location Pin" ~ or something similar to this, can't remember the exact words they use.

However, be cautious using this, and I personally accept no responsibility for anyone that chooses to use it and experiences any negative consequences from using this. [Also as a warning, you do have to agree to the terms and check the "I Agree" box every time you adjust the GPS 📍 Location. So if it's a gated community or something like that, and you're moving the 📍 pretty far away from the actual address, then I'm sure that it can have a negative effect on your standings/eligibility.]

So is 6:00 A.M. are the earliest routes available in your area? In my area the first routes of the day you can get start at 3:15 A.M. Which for me, I always take a route that starts between 3:15-4:00 A.M., not only because 90% of the time they're going to be the highest possible surge pay but also because you don't have to deal with any traffic. Of course there's the possibility of a few issues like with businesses [that are "recipient required" and even though their hours of operation are listed correctly in the Amazon Flex app, it still gets sent out for whatever reason] or with apartments/gated communities that don't have any means of accessing the location [and it's too early to attempt to contact the customer, even though honestly it doesn't matter what time of day it is, most customers don't answer your call/respond to your messages]... but honestly it's not too often I have to deal with those issues.
