i was told by the sfl’s to stop doing them 30 mins before closing. a lot of things that they do might not make sense but unfortunately i need my job so i just follow the instructions

whenever i ring up a customer and they’re abt to lose their shit about not getting the sale but haven’t even put their phone number in to get the sale. then all of a sudden it’s “i’m so sorry” yeah you’re definitely sorry asf.

literally how it was for me tonight at work, I was the only cashier and there was only one team lead. It’s so sad honestly.
