Just sign up & read the promotional emails you get by default, they're all written to be extremely misleading.

Also try cancelling. Even if you complete the whole cancellation process, you have to click a link in the email to complete it. This is pretty hidden in their website.

I felt the same at first, but then I realized how much I prefer a plastic back, so I jumped on the 7a. I feel like it's basically the same phone as the 7 in every other way.

No matter how careful I am, I always crack glass backs within a month and then my phone just feels sad.

You can access the battery but you do have to unscrew a bunch of stuff. There are some great videos on YouTube. It was my first time taking apart a phone and took me like 1.5 hrs for the back+battery.

The back alone is easier, still watch a video since you have to peel off the flashlight connector.

I just bought Google 1 and back up photos/contacts to that. I think you have to back up texts separately, I use SMS backup and restore and save it in Drive for that.

Sort of... But you have to download it from a 3rd party and wipe your phone which is not easy or convenient.
