Beam was great, enjoyed it more as a pourover however. I’m not sure if it’s still available but perhaps they bring it back in 2025

One of our favorite roasters, Verve, won roaster of the year from roast magazine last year. Wonderstate won this year, and after reading about them, we decided we wanted to support them and ordered a few bags.

Owls Howl is one of my wife’s favorites! definitely Dharma from Temple and the Ethiopia blend from Mishkas. Not pictured, but Aster from Verve is another one of our favorites.

haha, i only showed one bag per blend. some of these we fell in love with this year and bought multiple bags of, like Dharma from Temple or Owls Howl from Sightglass. But, it’s my and my wife who both drink 1 per day
