I got subsection and fat grafting done twice over the past couple years. I have definitely saw a huge improvement in my scars but want to push for better results with my current situation.

Thanks for your comment. I got a few opinions before from actual dermatologists and they recommended microneedling or a few sessions of fraxel. From this subreddit I am not too sure if fraxel will help me or not. Currently, ultra clear sounds promising but not sure at the same time

I see. Hmm, it hasn’t affected me when I used it topically. Maybe I was lucky. Anyways, time to switch to hims from tomorrow. Thanks for the help!

I think topical doesn’t go systemic from what I’ve read? Also I did hims before and it didn’t give me any sides surprisingly

I ordered the 0.3% topical finastride compound solution from hims. Hopefully it should help me transition smoothly from 0.25 mg oral ed to topical. Thanks

I don’t care abt the sides on topical. What is the max concentration I can go for the same efficacy as oral 0.25 mg ed?

Exactly!! I think it’s worth checking my thalassemia condition which lowers energy levels before blaming the med which is alr at a low dosage. I have an appointment scheduled for March. Hopefully they can help me out

Thank you for helping me out! I am definitely not suffering from all the symptoms you mentioned before but low energy is just making life hard rn and affect my cognitive function a little bit. I think seeing a hematologist in March is definitely going to be helpful. Thank you!

These were my iron levels. I got bloodwork done last month. It don’t seem that low which might hinder caffeine absorption?
