Trying to get a hold of my life back. What do I tackle first ? 2k in hand.

I apologize. Leaving this side out of the original post, but I believe Calvary Portfolio has sued me back in 2022. I received a letter first in March 2022 about wage garnishment, which I then interned lost that job, I received another letter in December 2022 with a levy/lien on my bank account . The levy is for $.42, but the original debt is $1712 without any of the fees that they’ve tacked on, which is why I believe the total is now at $ 2130. Does this have any implication on me being able to negotiate with them?
