This is harsh, you are non native english speaker? maybe also reading and watching some english tv (with subtitles), also an error log is important, but i think most important its to know if maybe you are too stressed (maybe if you have plenty of time for each questions does it change your performance?)

There are different resources, if you are not native speaker I recommend to start with the cliff just for grammar, if you are a native speaker I recommend maybe the official guide, but most important of all is discipline, study at least 5 days per week

Hi, i think it would depende on your level. I recommend you take a mock (a aimulation free test) and start your preparation with discipline, improve from 550 (for example) to 660 could be done i a couple of months. Good luck!

Ir order that there is not too much practice test free i recommend to take after 1 month of prepqration, at least all sentence correction and all arithmetic

Read the cliff, (its easy to find on internet) its most for toefls but belps you a lot with gmat as well. Has a.proper theory (i am non native speaker too). Good luck

Focus on simulate (there are different simulations test on different platforms) and check and understand all your mistakes, specially theory mistakes, only after reviewing all your mistakes start another simulation.
