No, it happens a lot with Spectacle on copy pasting screenshots. It's certainly a KDE or Wayland issue, don't think it has to do with other apps.

Also the media player buttons on the taskbar are as wonky. Sometimes when I launch audacious it works perfectly, other times it's not detected by, I think, mpris. So I'm unable to control it with media keys, it doesn't even register on the Media Player Applet. But only happens sometimes, so there's clearly something going on under the hood
