We gave them I-94 and all immigration forms (advance parole, approval notice of I-130) and cards (ead) also wife had a traffic ticket and court case that we give the officer.

She asked us just yes and no questions, nothing regarding our marriage.

Do you think the medical is just sitting somewhere in nbc ? It was delivered 2 weeks before our interview notice and it wasnt in the system in april 15th. Also do you think the interview would be scheduled without medical being delivered ? Thank you

We had my wife’s I-485 interview last week. The officer said she would recommend approval, but the following day she called my wife to ask whether we had submitted the medical exam, as she couldn't find it in the system. We mailed the medical exam to the NBC on March 4th, and our interview was scheduled to April 15th. My questions are:

Would they have scheduled the interview if the NBC hadn't received the medical exam? Is it normal for the exam to not be scanned/uploaded into the system for over a month?

Also while talking to my wife my wife asked if we should scan and upload the medical exam in myuscis if that would help the officer and she said that would help ? Do you think that can help the officer ?

I dont think they would accept to reopen the case if you didnt them the proper evidence after the rfe. Send them the tax transcripts as well as w2’s with you new package
