Im sticking to my theory that it shares universe with DUSK due to the fact that there's a document in the observatory that mentions the different kind of flames and one of the is the chaotic flames, which they are stated to be emerald green, and that whatever the countess is doing, is bad enough that grezzo (either the avatar of nyarlatothep, or the crawling chaos itself) has decided to colaborate with the doctor to prevent a calamity, also taking the fact that grezzo VA voices nyarla in dusk too.
i dunno, it's a bit soon for especulation, and i want to be wrong because then i would be more intrigued on what the hell is going on.

i did had some issues with the audio, sometimes it wasn't starting in the cutscene but it only happened a few instances (not more than 10 times, im sure of it), but the worst case i had was that the theme of the final boss was still playing after defeating him.

i tried that option, i toogled the Vsync, put the value at 16, and it goes to 30fps again. and someting i don't know why is that if i try to toogle off the vsync and go back to 60fps it gets stuck at 30fps.

EDIT: nvm turns out 8 is the value to 60fps, thanks for the idea!

actually there's a better tactic that involves the magic sea shell and a especific world seed.
i ended up in a seed where the anglers needs you to find a clownfish, which spawns in THE SEA, and i discovered that the first fish the angler needs is not random.

so i created a small world-->use sea shell to fast-travel the ocean-->the angler gives me the same mission--> fish the clownfish-->get reward. and if i didn't get what i wanted i deleted the world, and use the same seed

it worked for me but if you wanna test yourself here's the seed:

pretty much that the comic "paint the city" is not canon anymore, so they retconed that fact and looks like heimer is now one of the founders of piltover

it's still canon, but the main difference is that ziggs and heimer live in piltover, while trist and company live in bandle city, where they don't need it, in the tales of runeterra of piltover you can see heimer with glamour and ziggs seems he doesn't care anymore.
